Josh recruits across the most important leadership functions for both privately held and publicly listed companies.

Josh has advised companies on how to attract and retain transformative talent at the executive, board and Operating Partner levels. Previously, Josh led the technology and consumer recruiting practices for a boutique search firm. He joined the search industry from the tech industry, where he led sales for a private equity-backed data aggregation company. Josh also created his own e-commerce site, which brought the work of over 40 artists to market.

Josh has been a featured author and speaker for Harvard Business Review, CIO Magazine, Financial Times and the MIT Sloan Management Review. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of IADSS (the Initiative for Analytics & Data Science Standards), B/Spoke and Harvard Club of Boston’s Advisory Board. He previously served on Handel & Haydn Society’s Digital Advisory Board and as an Advisor to MassChallenge, a global startup accelerator and competition with a focus on high-impact, early-stage entrepreneurs.
