Tim Wortman has been appointed Director Sales, Europe, with the goal of accelerating business growth across the region through both organic expansion and post-merger integration.
He joins from PE-backed DFE Pharma, where he served as VP Sales EMEA. In that role, he led global functions including M&A, pricing and data analytics, business intelligence, commercial excellence, and CRM. He played a key role in transforming the commercial organization from a volume- to a value-driven approach, delivering significant improvements to the bottom line.
