The company was founded in 1999 and was acquired by Montagu in June 2015 alongside its founder, as a buy-and-build opportunity.

Boris Zjacic succeeds Dr. Philipp Kremer who led the organization and guided it through a Buy-and-Build strategy. Boris joins the business from renal care provider Diaverum where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer out of the company’s headquarters in Munich. He joined Gambro Healthcare the U.S. as Regional Director in the late nineties and came to Sweden as VP Support Services in 2005 moving to Germany after the firm was renamed to Diaverum in 2007.

Boris Zjacic will contribute his many years of P&L and transformation experience in multi-site health-care environment, which he has gained in 20+ years of management experience. His focus in particular is on the further transformation of the organization and exit in a couple of years.
