Artemis has completed 45 add-ons of surgical clinics and conservative practices to date and has a strong pipeline of further acquisitions.

Recently appointed to the position of Chair for Artemis, Dr. Michael Lonsert serves on the Board of several Private Equity backed healthcare companies. He has worked as a director for companies of different size: Strathmann AG in Germany, Merck & Co., Inc. (EMEA Marketing Director, Managing Director), Hospira Inc. (Vice-President Europe) and Celesio AG (Member of the Executive Board). Michael’s business expertise is corporate strategy and turnaround manage­ment.  

In his role as Chairman, the PhD in Health Science succeeds Hartmut Hain, who has left the company.
