Brooks brings over 20 years of extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to his new role at VC3. He has a proven track record of leadership in both public and private equity-backed companies, driving financial strategy, and fostering high-performing finance teams. Brooks most recently served as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Navisite, where he led a team responsible for financial planning and sales compensation administration for a $425M IT services provider. His previous roles include leadership positions at PlanSource and ConvergeOne, where he played instrumental roles in financial planning, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Brooks holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston University Graduate School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from Southwestern University.
