Megan brings over a decade of experience in customer engagement, leadership, and strategic planning. She previously held customer success leadership roles at CloudHealth by VMware and AppNeta, Inc. Megan’s leadership significantly improved retention and customer engagement by implementing scalable processes and building cross-functional relationships with product teams.
Megan holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Corporate Finance & Accounting and Global Perspectives.
