ParentPay, an online payment services firm, has appointed Marco Schulten as CEO Germany. Vardis is pleased to have supported Montagu in this important appointment.

Marco Schulten joins ParentPay in order to streamline and grow the business in Germany. Marco joins the business from Source-to-Pay software solution provider, Proactis, where he most recently served as Country Director and previously as Managing Director DACH at OpusCapita. Marco will contribute his many years of P&L and transformation experience in payment solutions, which he has gained in 15+ years of management experience. His focus in particular is on the further transformation of the organization and exit in a couple of years.
