Vardis Supports Montagu with CEO and CFO placement at Oasis Group

OASIS Group, the largest privately owned information management organisation in Europe, has appointed Eddie Aston as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Ivo Vesselinov as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Aston joins as part of the leadership transition as the Group prepares to enter the next phase of its growth story. 

He brings with him a wealth of executive level experience and expertise in business services, logistics and transportation. He has held several successful leadership positions in complex start-ups, integrations and business optimisations across various industry sectors, including CEO roles at DHL and most recently CEO UK & Europe at Genesee & Wyoming Inc.

Ivo Vesselinov joined Oasis Group from Beck & Pollitzer where he had been Group CFO. Earlier roles include Inchcape Shipping Services where he had been Group CFO since 2015 and Senior Vice President Financial Control 2012 to 2015.
