Vardis is pleased to announce the placement of Nathan Walters as Vice President of Customer Experience at Endurance.

Endurance, one of the nation's largest providers of vehicle service contracts and a TRP Capital portfolio company, has appointed Nate Walters to drive revenue growth through enhanced customer experience operations and customer retention strategies. With over 20 years of expertise in CX leadership and digital transformation, Nate brings a proven track record of translating customer satisfaction into measurable financial outcomes.

Most recently, Nate served as AVP, Business Architecture at National Life Group, a 2,700-employee insurance firm, where he reduced operational costs by implementing self-service automation tools and executed CX initiatives that directly increased customer lifetime value and retention rates. Previously, as AVP Digital Platforms at National Life, he delivered substantial ROI by optimizing digital experience strategy across web and mobile platforms. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Client Experience at Hudson Energy, where his implementation of a standardized NPS program raised scores 14 points in 12 months, significantly reducing churn, while efficiently managing a 50-person customer service team.

He will lead Endurance's customer experience initiatives, focusing on developing a revenue-generating CX strategy across all customer-facing digital platforms to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
