Marcy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role as she joins from McKinsey & Company, where she served as an Associate Partner. Throughout her 15-year tenure at McKinsey, she specialized in consulting with banking and fintech sectors on technical projects including advanced analytics, AI, and digital transformation. Prior to joining McKinsey, Marcy was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she implemented improvements in client onboarding and account maintenance processes. Marcy holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University.
