Endurance, one of the nation's largest providers of vehicle service contracts, has hired Staci Tubbs as Chief People Officer.

Staci joins Endurance from TriColor, where she served as Chief People Officer, leading a 20-member HR team and driving significant growth. Her expertise in talent acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and managing diverse workforces has been instrumental in her previous roles. Staci has also held leadership positions at RevJen, Stellar North America, and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
