Marec joins AMICO with over 20 years of multi-national experience across ownership models, including public companies, private equity, and family-office environments. Previously, Marec served as President & CEO at A.M. Castle & Co., where he drove significant revenue growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and led the company through critical restructuring and strategic growth initiatives.

Marec holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from MacMurray College.
