Vardis is pleased to have supported the continued build-out of the Resin Solutions leadership team. Having earlier worked on the recruitment of Joan Braca and Tony Glauser (CEO and CFO, respectively), we have recently completed the appointment of Nick Kob as Chief Commercial Officer. In his new role, Nick will lead sales, marketing, product and customer support for Resin Solutions globally.

Nick joins the Company from Resin Solutions from EverZinc, an Aterian Partners backed company where he served as President, Commercial Division. His earlier experience includes senior leadership role in sales, marketing and development with Ingevity and Huntsman. Nick earned his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Florida in addition to an MBA.

Nick’s appointment marks Vardis’ third engagement with Resin Solutions supporting its investor, Pacific Avenue Capital.
