Vardis is pleased to announcement of two more completed engagements and appointments on behalf of Platinum Equity-backed United Site Services. These represent the 11^th and 12^th appointments it has completed on United Site Services’ behalf.

In conjunction with a realignment of it 75 branches coast-to-coast, USS has hired Chris Williamson and Rich D’Addario as SVPs to lead its new East Region and South Region, respectively. They join Corey McCort, who Vardis recruited to USS in 2021, and who has recently been named EVP of the newly formed West Region.

Williamson and D’Addario possess extensive, multi-site experience in similar route-based businesses as well as a strong blend of P&L, operations and commercial leadership. Most recently, Williamson was with Aramark Uniform Services. In his 13+ years there he rose through branch and district leadership roles to RVP SouthEast where he oversaw 33 market centers and 45 depots across a 13-state region. D’Addario joins the Company from Stericycle where he served most recently as SVP Operations. In this capacity he led a national organization of 1,600 operations, compliance, and training employees.
