Kustom Elects Bill Emory to Board of Directors

Kustom US, a leading property restoration and disaster recovery company operating in 48 US states, has appointed Bill Emory to its Board of Directors. Emory extensive experience leading and supporting branch-based businesses under public and private equity ownership.

Emory was previously CEO of Smart Care following its spin-out from Ecolabs and into private equity ownership with Audax. He remained as CEO for five years until the Company’s subsequent acquisition by Wind Point Partners. Emory currently serves on the Board of Directors of two other private equity-owned businesses, Enviromatic Systems (building automation software) and Thermogenics (manufacturer of coiled heat steam, hot water and thermal fluid systems).

Emory’s experience working with private equity in branch-based businesses and extensive experience integrating acquired companies into a single entity will be a significant addition to Kustom’s Board of Directors. Bill and his wife reside in suburban Minneapolis.
