Dallas – June 21, 2022 – RailPros announced today that it has appointed Jeff Vines as Chief Financial Officer. Vines will oversee the Irving-based company’s finance and accounting department.

Vines most recently served as vice president of Transformation at Magellan Healthcare, where he oversaw strategic vendor management and cost control, business disposition and transition services, and operational process improvement. He has more than 20 years of experience as a leader in creating financial disciplines and controls, operating efficiencies, and business acquisitions.
