Kelly Williams has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Durante Rentals, a general rental equipment company based in New York. Williams joins the Board in support of CEO Kenneth Cockrill and CFO Kenneth Clark, both of whom were recruited by Vardis. 

New York – Kelly Williams, CEO of National Waste Partners and former CEO of Mobile Mini Solutions, has joined the Board of Directors of Durante Rentals. Durante is a portfolio company of Clairvest, a Toronto-based buyout and growth equity investor.
