Longwood, FL –August 26, 2025 – Vardis is pleased to announce the appointment of David Swift as Vice Chairman of the Board at Kustom US.

 

David brings decades of leadership experience as both a CEO and Board Chairman across public, private, and private equity–owned businesses. He currently manages a leadership consulting practice that provides coaching to senior executives and boards. Alongside his new role at Kustom US, David serves as Chairman of Hoonigan and OmniMax, and as an independent board member for Columbia Home Services. He also contributes his expertise in the nonprofit sector as Chair of the Saunders Finger Lakes Museum and advisor to Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering.

 

Earlier in his career, David held multiple CEO and Chairman roles and was a Partner at Advent International, where he helped guide portfolio companies through growth and transformation. He holds degrees from Amherst College, Dartmouth, and Harvard Business School.
