Vardis is pleased to announce the placement of Nathan Walters as Vice President of Customer Experience at Endurance.
Endurance, one of the nation's largest providers of vehicle service contracts and a TRP Capital portfolio company, has appointed Nathan to oversee their customer support operations, service excellence initiatives, and long-term customer satisfaction efforts. With over 20 years of expertise in CX leadership and digital transformation, Nathan brings valuable experience to this critical leadership role.
Most recently, Nathan served as AVP, Business Architecture at National Life Group, a 2,700-employee insurance firm, where he was responsible for solution delivery. Previously, as AVP Digital Platforms at National Life, he spearheaded digital experience strategy across their web and mobile platforms. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Client Experience at Hudson Energy, where he implemented a standardized NPS program raising scores 14 points in 12 months and led a 50-person customer service team. Throughout his career, Nathan has excelled at building self-service automation tools and implementing CX initiatives that measurably improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
He will lead Endurance's customer experience initiatives, focusing on developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences across all customer-facing digital platforms.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
