Endurance, one of the nation's largest providers of vehicle service contracts, has hired Valerie Beuker as Senior Vice President, Operations.

Valerie joins Endurance from Alight Solutions, where she served as Vice President of Customer Experience and Delivery. During her tenure, she managed a global team of 400 colleagues and grew revenue while containing costs across a portfolio of 110 clients. Prior to Alight Solutions, Valerie held various leadership roles at Aon Hewitt. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and General Business from Miami University.
