Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a global private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex transactions in the middle market, has appointed Tyler Woodhouse as Principal of Portfolio Operations.
In this role, Mr. Woodhouse will support portfolio operations across Pacific Avenue's growing platform, which spans approximately $3.8 billion of assets under management and a portfolio of businesses spanning multiple sectors globally. He joins a firm that has closed more than 120 transactions — including over 50 corporate divestitures — and whose investment thesis centers on creating value through operational improvement, capital investment, and accelerated growth following complex separations.
Mr. Woodhouse brings deep experience in portfolio operations and carve-out execution. Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, he served as a Director on the Portfolio Operations team at Atlas Holdings, a Greenwich-based private equity firm known for its focus on operationally complex, asset-heavy businesses. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Services team, where he supported PE-backed companies through operational transformation and performance improvement engagements.
Mr. Woodhouse holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT Sloan School of Management) and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
