Vardis is pleased to announce that Likezero has appointed Vivek Bajaj as Chief Executive Officer
London-based capital markets fintech Likezero has appointed Vivek Bajaj as Chief Executive Officer, marking the company’s next phase of strategic growth.
Bajaj brings extensive international leadership experience across fintech and risk management. He previously served as European Head of Sales at Moody’s Insurance Solutions following Moody’s acquisition of RMS, where he was EMEA Managing Director. Prior, Bajaj spent eight years as Global Vice President, Watson Financial Services Solutions, at IBM. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in another senior role at IBM and led consulting services for Microsoft’s Financial Services division.
He succeeds founder Michael Lines, who transitions to co-chair alongside chairman Mark Horgan. Likezero, spun out of PwC in 2020 in a deal backed by Souter Investments, has reported tenfold ARR growth over the past two years and a 200% CAGR between 2023 and 2025. The firm counts several of the world’s largest financial institutions among its clients and targets ~30% market share across North American and European G-SIBs by 2026.
Under Bajaj’s leadership, Likezero will continue to invest in its contract intelligence platform—blending industry-specific data assets with advanced machine learning and AI—with the ambition to create a complete, digital record of trading terms and agreements for capital markets and to bring these capabilities to more Tier-1 institutions globally.
