Edelman Financial Engines, one of America's largest independent registered investment advisors, has appointed Elizabeth Gotto as Head of Enterprise IT. Ms. Gotto will lead the teams that translate company strategy into secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise technology, with ownership across identity, collaboration, enterprise applications, automation, and end-user experience. She will also help drive the firm's internal AI and automation agenda.
Ms. Gotto brings three decades of technology leadership spanning enterprise modernization, cloud strategy, platform engineering, and AI-driven automation. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Platform Delivery at Experian, where she led full lifecycle management of the standard cloud platforms used globally across all Experian business units and regions. She ran an identity and access management platform providing authentication for more than 1,200 revenue applications and 625,000 client users, alongside single sign-on for 30,000 employees across 2,500+ applications. She transformed the IAM organization to a DevSecOps and automation-first model, driving a 75% reduction in incidents and a 50% improvement in delivery velocity, and oversaw a global API standard handling more than 2 billion external API calls monthly.
Earlier at Experian, as Vice President, Technology Platform Enablement, she was instrumental in the technology transformation of the company's contact center division, moving delivery teams from waterfall to Agile and launching a natural-language IVR that reduced phone volume routed to agents by 12% while increasing Net Promoter Score by 16.4 points.
During her twelve years at Ticketmaster, culminating as Senior Vice President, Technology, she led the enterprise-wide CCPA compliance program across 40 products, automated 75% of inbound voice traffic through a speech-enabled IVR, and deployed 750 contact center agents to a secure remote work environment within three weeks at the onset of COVID.
Ms. Gotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business from Regis University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
